By using EPPP Pro ("the Service"), operated by AZLIVE PRO LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
EPPP Pro provides AI-powered exam preparation tools for the EPPP, including practice questions, study analytics, and performance tracking. EPPP Pro is independent of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) and all licensing bodies.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity. Minimum age: 18.
Full access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. Pricing and terms are as displayed at purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you will be notified before expiration. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact derek@eppp.pro.

All content — questions, explanations, analytics, and study materials — is the property of EPPP Pro. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EPPP Pro does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the EPPP or any other examination. All materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
Pass Guarantee Extension. Founding Cohort subscribers who do not pass the EPPP within their initial 3-month subscription period will receive an additional 3-month access extension at no additional cost. To qualify, you must (a) have maintained an active subscription for the full initial term, (b) provide official score documentation showing a non-passing result, and (c) submit your request within 30 days of receiving your score. This extension is non-transferable and limited to one per subscriber. EPPP Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program for future cohorts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZLIVE PRO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
