Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using EPPP Pro ("the Service"), operated by AZLIVE PRO LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EPPP Pro provides AI-powered exam preparation tools for the EPPP, including practice questions, study analytics, and performance tracking. EPPP Pro is independent of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) and all licensing bodies.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity. Minimum age: 18.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

EPPP Pro is currently in a pre-launch free trial period: full access is free and no payment is required. Paid subscription plans are planned for general launch; pricing and terms will be presented at that time, and any change to free access will be communicated in advance. Refunds, once paid plans exist, are handled case-by-case; contact derek@eppp.pro.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our published question bank or study materials
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Submit to the question analyzer any operational EPPP item obtained from a live or prior administration, any item reconstructed from memory of an operational exam, or commercial question-bank content you do not have the right to use
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Our published materials. Practice questions, explanations, Learn materials we publish, analytics UI, and other house-authored product content are the property of EPPP Pro / AZLIVE PRO LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works of that material require written permission.

Analyzer inputs.Text, images, or other material you submit to the question analyzer remain yours or the third party's, as applicable. You grant EPPP Pro a limited license to process that material solely to provide the analysis to you, operate and secure the Service, and prevent abuse. That license is not an assignment of ownership. We do not claim ownership of third-party exam or commercial-bank text merely because it was uploaded for analysis.

EPPP and ASPPB. EPPP® is a registered trademark of ASPPB. Exam items are ASPPB property. EPPP Pro is not affiliated with ASPPB and does not claim ownership of ASPPB materials.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EPPP Pro does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the EPPP or any other examination. All materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZLIVE PRO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. During pre-launch there is no paid subscription to cancel; when paid plans exist, cancellation will be available through the billing portal or by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
