EPPP Pro is operated by AZLIVE PRO LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information Collected

Account: Email address and name, collected via Google OAuth or email registration.

Usage: Study activity — questions answered, selections, time spent, accuracy, and session history — used to personalize your experience.

Payment: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Technical: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use It

• Provide, personalize, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (welcome, payment, account updates)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS). Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Production access is restricted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Stripe — payments
• Supabase — infrastructure
• Analytics providers — aggregated, anonymized data

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your study data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Children

Not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
