EPPP Pro is operated by AZLIVE PRO LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information Collected

Account: Email address and name, collected via email registration.

Usage: Study activity (questions answered, selections, time spent, accuracy, and session history) used to personalize your experience.

Analyzer: When you use the question analyzer, we may store the submitted text or extracted stem and the analysis result so you can review recent history and so we can operate the feature (including rate limits and abuse prevention).

Payment: Full access is free during pre-launch; no payment is collected. When paid plans ship, payments will be processed by Stripe (we will not store card numbers; Stripe's privacy policy will govern payment data).

Technical: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use It

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Service
  • Provide study features (practice, exam simulation, analyzer)
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, account updates)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS). Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Production access is restricted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with:

  • Stripe: payments (only when paid plans are offered)
  • Supabase: infrastructure
  • Analytics providers: aggregated, anonymized data

5. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your study data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Cookies

Essential cookies for authentication and sessions. Optional analytics cookies. Disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Children

Not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
